Christmas

Christmas is tomorrow and so i thought i would post some holiday photos... These are from out annual santa run. As a fire station we suit up santa and head out around our neighbor hoods and pass out candy canes to the little ones. I have been Santa for four years now, and i love the look on the kids' faces when they see santa!!

Christmas List

Everybody has been calling me and asking what i want for Christmas. So between my Aunt Terri and my sis, i was told to make an Amazon wish list. So i do have one now... not a long list, but a list. Hope every one enjoys this season! I love this time of the year! I pray that GOD will show himself in so many ways this season, so be ready for his graces and mercies.

A Little Hiatis

I am about to embark on a new journey in my life. I am going to move down to southern California to live with sister for a month. I am not sure how what or when but i am doing it. We will see what GOD has planned for me.

Night Madness

After a full day of long-boarding with Kyle and Audrey, we decided it was time to eat and relax for a little while.. but eventually we were at it again, but this time with glow sticks..

My body said no, but my brain said yes....

I met up with my best friend, Kyle Harder and his wife last weekend. We decided to go cruise around salem, and get in some skate time..

Teaching Recruit Class

These are some photos that were taken of me while I was instructing our new recruit class.

Catching Up

It has been quite a while since i have had time to sit down and update the blog so I will try my best not to leave out any major updates.
November and December were uneventful for the most part. My Dad got married in December, and there should be some pictures of that coming up. Obviously Thanksgiving and Christmas came and went. I was really busy with fire calls, as that is the season for lots of work! And other than that not much else to mention that I can think of.

Football, Football, Football

It is that time of the year to watch football. This year I took it one step further and decided to coach a football team. The Oregon State Beavers had no openings, so I settled for an assistant coaching job with the Mustangs. The Silverton Mustangs that is. They are a group of 5th and 6th grade kids playing through the Boys and Girls Club. So far we are doing pretty good!

Summer Time

It we take all day for me to illustrate this entire summer. So i have posted just a couple of pictures to give a glimpse of the fun we had! Now it is time to layer the clothes, sip pumpkin spice lattes (and egg nog, when it comes out), get out and hunt, football and snuggle up to a warm fire for the winter!

Summer

Pictures from over the summer

It's been a while!

I know it has been a little while since we have posted anything. But I just wanted to update everyone and let you know all is well. Life has been going by really fast and it seems like just yesterday I was getting ready for summer to start and now it is over!!!

Detriot Dam

Detriot Dam..

the view from the drive up..

and the bear clawed tree we found, haha.

Overlooking Detriot Lake

Dave and I went up to our campsite, which is located above Detroit lake, that we have our annual fire department camping trip at. We built a campfire, cooked some steak kabobs and did some shooting with an AR 15 and a 40 caliber pistol.

DO go chasing waterfalls...

After seeing and tasting the fresh spring water from this natural waterfall, i would most definitely recommend chasing them. The best water I have ever had!!
